By accessing or using SupplementPicker Canada ("SupplementPicker", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
SupplementPicker is a price-comparison tool. We aggregate publicly listed prices, sizes, and stock status from independent Canadian retailers and display them side by side so you can find the best deal. SupplementPicker is NOT a retailer: we do not sell products, process payments, hold inventory, or ship anything. Every purchase happens directly on the retailer's own website, under that retailer's own terms. SupplementPicker does not give medical advice: product descriptions come from the retailers, and nothing on the site replaces the advice of a healthcare professional.
We refresh prices and stock levels daily from each retailer's public product data, but prices, promotions, taxes, shipping costs, and stock levels change constantly and without notice. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the price or availability shown on SupplementPicker matches what you see on the retailer's website at checkout. Always confirm the final price and product details on the retailer's site before completing a purchase.
SupplementPicker participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click through to a retailer and make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. This never influences which products or retailers we display, or how prices are compared: commission relationships never affect ranking or price data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. When you publish a Stack Builder guide, review, or other content, you keep ownership of it, but you grant SupplementPicker a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. You confirm that anything you post is your own, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and complies with our User Code of Conduct. We may remove any content or suspend any account that violates these Terms.
The SupplementPicker name, logo, website design, source code, and the compiled database of prices and products (as a compilation, independent of the underlying facts) are the property of SupplementPicker Canada and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or create a derivative database or service from SupplementPicker's content without our prior written consent. Product names, brand names, and images remain the property of their respective owners.
SupplementPicker is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that price or stock information will always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupplementPicker Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or a purchase from a third-party retailer.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or our User Code of Conduct. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
